We are available by telephone and email day and night, however if we cannot answer your call for any reason please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Our delivery service will be provided by My Hermes. The cost of delivery is calculated on the weight of the item/s, and all purchases will be dispatched with 1-2 working days within the UK mainland. Unless the item is out of stock or there is a delay with delivery for any reason, in this case the purchaser will be notified by email and given an estimated time scale for delivery. If the purchaser is unhappy they will be able to cancel their order.
Prices of delivery are as followed:
0-2kg: £3.99 inc VAT
2-5kg: £5.99 inc VAT
5-10kg: £7.99 inc VAT
Orders over £100 spent will recieve free postage and packaging.
- How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments through Paypal, as our company evolves we will hopefully take other card payments soon. Please note that you do not have to have an account with Paypal to pay.
- How can I track my order?
You will be able to track when your order has been dispatched through your account on JS Elite Equestrian Wear. You will also receive a dispatchment email. After the dispatchment email you should receive your purchase within 1-2 days.
- Can I change my order once I've placed it?
Yes, you will have a 24 hour period in which you can change your choice on an item.
- How do I return an unwanted item?
You can return an item to us within 30 days of the purchase date, by using a returns label found with your dispatch note. Simply attach the label onto the parcel and take it down to your local post office. They'll weigh your goods and let you know how much it will be to post the goods back to us. We advise you obtain the proof of postage receipt. Alternatively, you may choose to return your goods via a courier other than royal mail.

-How do I return damaged/faulty item/s?
If an item is damaged/faulty when you reveive it please call us as soon as possible on 07772642928. We will then be able to sort out an exchange or refund for you as quickly as possible.
- Do I have to pay to return an item?
Yes, unless the item is damaged/faulty, or there is an error on our part.
-When will I get my refund?
JS EEW will send you a refund within 2 working days of receiving the returned items.
